The staff of Doctors Hospital has been trained in America and England with several years of experience in teaching and training of residents. In order to make the services of the hospital easily accessible to the general public, a patient welfare auxiliary has been established to help fund the care of the needy both in inpatient and outpatient sections. An additional 150-bed inpatient facility along with ambulatory care is being constructed presently. As several of the partners are still based in America there is a free exchange of ideas in continuing medical education and transfer of technology that the students of Lahore Medical College can benefit from.

Lahore Medical & Dental College (LMDC) was founded as a private medical college under the aegis of a non-profit trust after obtaining no objection certificate from the Govt. of Punjab. Its main academic campus is situated in a recently constructed, custom built structure in the North of Lahore in a clean a peaceful setting on the banks of the Lahore canal. The campus is spread over a sprawling area of 14 acres. It houses attractive modern lecture halls and dissection halls and laboratories for various basic subjects like Biochemistry, Physiology, Pharmacology, and Histology. It has a very impressive Forensic Medicine museum, one of the best in the country. This building also houses various dental laboratories including Phantom head laboratory, Prosthetic laboratory, and Dental Radiology laboratory etc. the clinical dentistry section of LMDC has probably the best facilities available anywhere.
